I chose the Cobra 75 because it doesn't require much room to mount, all the controls are on the handset and the handset doubles as the speaker and microphone. The Radio also picks up NOAA Weather band radio to get the most current weather and emergency reports. The holder for the handset is screwed straight into the dash paneling with the supplied screws. The coiled cord rests in front of the shifter and is perfectly out of the way, it wraps around the consol and goes up under the glove box.
