This is the most boring but possibly the most important page due to the sad state of legal issues today. Be sure to read through this if you're copying part of my pages or feel I've copied your material, email me with questions.

I reserve all rights to these pages and the content therein. All text is written by me unless noted with quotes and references. I've learned many things from other sources on the web and in text and similar ideas may therefore be translated to these pages, if I directly quote other sources without giving reference it's purely coincidental.

Most of the pictures on this page are mine, I reserve all rights to them but if you want to post them on other sites and message boards you're free to as long as you state that the pictures are mine and from this site. Other pictures are taken from other sites, if I know who to credit the picture to I will state that along with the picture. However due to the vastness of the internet I cannot track down all ownership rights and most rights have been lost over time anyway. If you notice a picture on here is yours, email me with proof and I will give credit to you for taking the picture, if you want your picture removed I will be happy to do so.

If you want to copy the entirety of a page for your own personal records you are free to do so. If you publish any portion of a page you must have written consent by me. I am happy to help and give my knowledge to others but I don't want people pawning off my work as their own. If you use any portion of my works for monetary gain without my permission legal action will likely be brought to bear.

Privacy

All emails and correspondence I receive are my property and I will do with it as I please. Any emails received may be posted for the world to see, however I'm not without a heart and will usually remove your email address before posting them. If you don't want me posting your emails to the web, don't email me.

Other Legal

If you find any of the material offensive or wrong don't read it. This is a simple page on the internet and not to be taken as a rule. In fact I encourage people to learn on their own so if you think any of my material is wrong or offensive please take the time to learn the truth for yourself. This website is in no way a means for monetary gain, it is a service for me to give what I've learned to others. So a word of advice if you want to press charges because of this site, don't. You will lose and any money or time I lose dealing with you will be recovered by legal means.
